Yayasan Bicara didirikan dengan semangat untuk memperkuat suara masyarakat melalui cerita, pengetahuan, dan kolaborasi. Berawal dari inisiatif kecil yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan komunitas, kami melihat bahwa perubahan yang berkelanjutan membutuhkan ruang bagi masyarakat untuk mendokumentasikan, menceritakan, dan memperjuangkan pengalaman mereka sendiri. Saat ini, Yayasan Bicara bekerja di bidang penguatan kapasitas masyarakat, media komunitas, pelestarian pengetahuan lokal, inklusi sosial, serta pengembangan program berbasis riset dan kolaborasi untuk mendukung pembangunan yang adil, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan.
